I bought tickets through other, secondary market sources (i.e., “scalpers” online or in person) – are my tickets legit?

We do not endorse using any secondary ticketing sources. Our Box Office cannot resolve any issues involving them, such as lost tickets or bogus tickets. Tickets for all of our shows are sold through Eventbrite or See Tickets. Tickets are sometimes available through fan club sites as pre-sales or special VIP packages. The Funhouse / El Corazon has the right to cancel ticket transactions that are suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling.

What time should I arrive?

To ensure you get a good view, we suggest you arrive early! If a show is sold out, give yourself plenty of time to get checked in so you don’t miss anything! The earlier the better, without question.

Where do I pick up will call tickets?

If you’ve purchased tickets in advance, your name will be on the will call list which is located at the box office. Box office opens at the published door time. The purchaser must be present with valid I.D. in order to receive the tickets.

Is your bar open when there’s not a show?

The Funhouse bar is open daily from 3 PM–close!

How do I hear about upcoming events?

The best way to stay in the loop on upcoming events is to sign up for our newsletter on www.elcorazonseattle.com! You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! Check out our Calendar for the most up to date show listings.

Can I pick up my will call tickets at anytime before the show?

Currently will call tickets may only be picked up after doors open for the event. If you would like to have tickets in hand for a concert, we recommend using the “print at home” option, purchasing tickets in person at the venue box office, or having tickets mailed via USPS for applicable shows.

My band wants to play at the Funhouse / El Corazon or open for a larger concert. How can I go about arranging that?

The Funhouse and El Corazon are large capacity venues and need a band to have a fan base in Seattle prior to playing here. If your band can demonstrate the ability to draw people in our area, send an email to booking@elcorazonseattle.com with info about the artist, links to websites and social media pages, and a sample of music. We do our best to respond to all requests, so please allow some time before sending a second email.

Can I buy a backstage pass?

Backstage passes are not for sale and you should be wary of anyone attempting to sell you one.
